If you purchased your Premium subscription in Australia and New Zealand through our website and prefer to stay with the web billing, here's how to manage your account.

Update Web Payment Details

On a Parents iOS or Android device:

In Safari, Chrome or a web browser

  1. Go to https://portal.familyzone.com
    Enter your Parent email and password
    Tap SIGN IN
  2. In the upper-right, tap your name > My services
  3. Tap UPDATE MY PAYMENT DETAILS 
  4. Move down the screen
  5. In Payment Method, tap CHANGE 
  6. Update your contact details and credit card information
    Tap SET PAYMENT METHOD

Your changes will be applied at the next billing cycle.


Switch to an In-App Subscription

Would you prefer Google Play or App Store subscription services?  Here are the steps to switch from website billing to an in-app subscription.

  1. Cancel the website billing (below)

  2. Buy a Premium subscription on your iOS or Android phone or tablet
    App Store Subscriptions 
    Google Play Subscriptions


Cancel a Premium Web Subscription

Use these steps to cancel your Premium subscription if you purchased your Family Zone Box or Box Bundle from our website. When you cancel web billing, you will not be able to resubscribe through the website. You will only be able to renew through the App Store or Google Play.

On a Parent's iOS or Android device:


Before You Start

Website billing cannot be reinstated once it is cancelled. If you wish to return to Family Zone in the future, Premium Subscriptions can only be purchased through Google Play or or the Apple App Store.

In Safari, Chrome or a web browser, go to https://portal.familyzone.com

  1. Sign in with your Parent email and password
  2. At the top-right of the window, tap your name
  3. Tap My services
    Wait a moment for your subscription data to be loaded
  4. Tap CHANGE PLAN
  5. Go down and tap Cancel Premium
  6. At the confirmation window, tap CONFIRM
    Your account is changed to a FREE Insights subscription
