My child can access inappropriate search results and images
If your child is able to view inappropriate search results and images there may be an issue with the device or the internet filtering rules.
- On your Child's device, open a web browser (Chrome or Safari) and go to the diagnostic page

My child still gets results for search terms like “Porn”
Your child is likely to get search results for sites about porn and porn-related topics e.g. news articles about porn addiction, however they shouldn’t have results for actual porn sites. If you are at all concerned please check the device and the settings or contact our support team for help.
