My App Store Subscription renewed and I didn’t want it to

Going forward, you can stop the Premium subscription from automatically renewing every month. 

Cancel your subscription through the Family Zone app installed on the Parent's iOS device.

I no longer have an Apple device to cancel my subscription

Subscriptions that are purchased via the Family Zone app on an iOS device can be cancelled through Apple.
