Troubleshooting Not Receiving Access Requests

I am not receiving Access Requests email notifications

All users on an account with parental access should receive email notifications when users request access to a website or a change in their access type. If you are not, then there may be something wrong with us sending you emails.

  1. Check the spam/junk folder of your email, the Family Zone emails may be in the Updates or Spam folder

  2. Add our email address to your contacts to ensure the email is displayed in your Inbox

  3. Check or change your email address
    Security PIN, Password or Email
    Or, Change a Parent's Details

  4. Download and sign in to the Family Zone app on a Parent's device
    Install on a Parent's iPhone or iPad
    Install on a Parent's Android

  5. Allow notifications from the Family Zone app on the parent's device
    Allow Notifications

  6. Verify your Child is the Device Owner of their phone, tablet or computer

My issue still isn’t resolved, what do I do next?

We are here to help. Sign in to your Connect App as a Parent. Go to Settings > Support center

If you don't have the Connect App

Have details available to help us troubleshoot your problem:

  • Account email
  • Child’s name
  • Devices impacted
  • Time of the issue
  • Description of the issue
