I am not receiving Access Requests email notifications
All users on an account with parental access should receive email notifications when users request access to a website or a change in their access type. If you are not, then there may be something wrong with us sending you emails.
- Check the spam/junk folder of your email, the Family Zone emails may be in the Updates or Spam folder
- Add our email address to your contacts to ensure the email is displayed in your Inbox
- Check or change your email address

Or, Change a Parent's Details - Download and sign in to the Family Zone app on a Parent's device
Install on a Parent's iPhone or iPad
Install on a Parent's Android - Allow notifications from the Family Zone app on the parent's device
Allow Notifications - Verify your Child is the Device Owner of their phone, tablet or computer
