Removing a User

  1. Sign in to your online account 
  2. Click Users
  3. Click Family 
  4. Click the user you wish to remove
  5. Click Account
  6. Click REMOVE FROM FAMILY
  7. Click YES at the Please Confirm pop up
  8. The user will be converted to a guest on your account

Can I remove users with devices that are protected by Family Zone’s protection apps?

No, you’ll need to remove or reassign the device before removing the user from your account.

Can I remove a user with devices that are not protected by Family Zone’s protection apps?

Yes, any devices attached to that user will become guest devices which limits your ability to control the device.  You may want to reassign the device to another user first.

What does it mean to be a guest user?

Guest users are able to connect to the Family Zone Box and they will have the guest policy.

Can I remove the account holder of the account?

No, the account holder cannot be removed, however, you can change the details of the primary account holder.

Can you remove guests from your account?

Yes, you can remove guests from your account.

Can I delete a user?

Not exactly, you can remove the user and then remove the guest user which will delete their details.
