Red Alert: VPN Permissions Have Not Been Granted

Applies to:  Premium Members and Insights members using Android devices
Excludes: Chromebooks, Apple iOS devices

Why did I get this alert?

Family Zone has detected that it doesn't have permissions for the VPN on your child's device. 

What do I need to do?

Open the Family Zone app on the affected device and fix the permissions.

  1. Open the Family Zone app on the affected device.
  2. Tap Please complete device configuration
  3. Tap VPN
  4. Tap 'Allow'

I've given VPN access before. Why is Family Zone still asking for access?
