Family Zone has detected that device administrator permissions have been disabled on your child's Android device. This means the device is currently unprotected or that your child is disabling filtering when they choose.
What do I need to do?
You should check this device and ensure the administrator permissions are granted. See below for instructions.
How do I enable the Administrator permissions?
- Open the Family Zone app on your child's Android device.
- Tap on Please complete device configuration
- Tap on Device Administrator
- Tap Activate this device administrator
Why does Family Zone need to activate a device administrator?
Family Zone requires this permission so that we can ensure our filtering works correctly at all times.
Can I change policy settings for my users?
Your child may be violating controls because the settings are not properly tuned. For example, they may be overly restrictive.
