How to Get Access

The blocked website doesn’t look safe for kids your age. If you think the website is safe for you or if you need it to do homework, ask your parent or guardian to unblock it.

From your Mac or Windows computer: 

  1. You see “Page blocked” 
  2. Copy the web address that was blocked
  3. Click the Connect icon in your toolbar or dock (near your clock)
  6. Click Study or Play
    Ask your parent for access
    Paste the web address into your message
  7. Click SEND

Your parent or guardian can manually allow the website from their Connect App.

If your parent or guardian needs help, here’s how they Block or Allow a Website.

If you see one of these warnings, this website looks risky for your age group.

“Access restricted”

Family Zone blocked this website. 

Ask your Parent to allow access to this website.

"Page blocked"

Your School manages this Windows or Mac computer during School hours. Your Parent may be able to allow this website outside of School.

Ask your School IT or Teacher if you need access during School time.

Ask your Parent for access during Study, Play, and Sleep time.
