On a Parent's iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open the Family Zone app
  2. In Settings, tap Reports & Usage
  3. Tap Track child usage
  4. Select the user to toggle the switch to change the status
Tracking is on when the toggle is green
Tracking is off when the toggle is gray

You are done. No history will be kept after you turn the tracking off for a User. You can use these same steps to turn the tracking back on in the future.

By default, Family Members 18 years of age and older are not monitored. You can turn tracking off for a User under 18. For example, your 17 year old may graduate and move to university before they turn 18. You have the option to turn their monitoring off.
