Alerts by Device

On a Parent's iPhone or iPad:

  1. Sign in as a Parent
  2. In Settings, tap Devices
  3. Tap on the device with an alert
  4. Move down to OPTIONS to see how to resolve the error

In this example, Family Zone has been deactivated and the Family Zone app needs to be reinstated on this device.
