Alerts by Device
Check for issues across all of your Family's Devices monitored by Family Zone. See the details of the issue, such as the Device has not been seen by Family Zone or there are hazardous apps installed. Get links to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
On an Android phone or tablet:
- Sign into the Family Zone app as a Parent
- In Settings, tap Devices
- In Devices, find any red error messages
Tap on the message for details
- Options are listed below the Troubleshooting section
Tap on Troubleshooting to see the steps to restore Family Zone
Or, tap on Remove device if this device is not going to be used again
The advantage is Family Zone can see multiple types of devices regardless of the manufacturer. For example a Parent can monitor an Android phone and a Apple iPad without having to switch between different apps provided by the manufacturers.
