From a computer:
- In a web browser, go to https://portal.familyzone.com/
- Log in as a Parent
- Click on the User (Child) you want to update
- Click Account in the user dashboard
- Update the details you want to change --
Surname (Last Name)
Date of Birth
- Click SAVE
Does updating the Date of Birth automatically update the Age Profile?

How do I change my account password?
Yes, parents can change their password through the My Account function. See How to Reset a Password in a Web Browser?
Why would I want to change the Time Zone of a user?
To match the Child User's Routine (Play, Study, School, Sleep) to their actual time zone when on vacation in a different time zone.
Why am I unable to change some User’s details?
The User details can only be edited by the primary Parent when parents living in separate homes are using Shared Parenting.
Who else can see the details?
A Parent in a Shared Parenting relationship or a Partner School you’ve linked to can view the Child User's details.
