From a Parent's iPhone or iPad:

After you sign in to Family Zone as a Parent

  1. In Family, tap on your Child's icon
  2. Go down to RECENT ACTIVITY
  3. Tap on any app
  4. Read the Cyber Expert's summary
  5. Go down to the Ratings, tap +10 more
    Your web browser will open the Cyber Expert's page with more details

Monitoring Options

Parent's can see information about their Child's Android or iOS phones and tablets from the Family Zone app or the Web portal.

  • Location and Recent Activity - the last known location of a mobile device and its internet activity
  • Apps - a list of the apps installed on iOS and Android mobile devices 
  • Usage - comparison details of the amount of time spent by type of activity
  • Snapshots - searchable weekly overview of family members' online activities

Cyber Expert Advice

The Cyber Expert App reviews contain a range of details about the risks Parents should know, what your Child should consider when using the app, and often how to improve the privacy or cyber safety if you feel your Child can continue using the app.

After your web browser opens:

  1. Review the summary of the app
  2. Go down to see the recommended ages
  3. Go down to look at detailed ratings of the app risks
  4. Go down to get advice for Parents, for Users (kids and teens)
  5. Go down to find steps or help resolving the issue, such as removing the service or app
