Why am I not getting Alert notifications?

Premium Members can change their Alert settings and one of the settings may have turned off the Alerts. Alerts can be displayed on the Parent's phone or tablet. Parents can choose to also receive email notifications.

  • Insights and Premium Members: The Parent's app may display Alerts for risky apps 20 and 60 minutes after your Child downloads the app
    View Installed Apps

  • Insights and Premium Members: Your Alert notifications are disabled
    Allow Notifications

  • Premium Members: Tracking is turned off for your Child's account
    Turn User Tracking On or Off

Where do I get the weekly summary of the Alerts?


I can't find the Alert emails
