Subscriptions through: Google Play on a Parent's Android phone or tablet

Google Play Subscriptions

Monthly billing is available for current subscribers, but we removed the yearly subscription option.

Find Subscription Details 

  1.  Open Google Play 
  2. Tap your Google account icon 
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions 
  4. Tap Subscriptions 
  5. Tap Family Zone Connect 
  6. Review your next payment date, payment amount, and Google Play payment method 

Cancel a Subscription


Before you cancel a subscription, remove all devices from your account. If you do not remove your Child's devices from your account, you will be unalbe to uninstall Connect from their devices. Contact Family Zone Support by web chat or request a call back if you need assistance.


From a Parent's Android phone or tablet:

  1. In the Connect App > Settings, tap Manage subscription   
  2. Tap Family Zone Connect
  3. Tap Cancel subscription 
  4. Tap a reason and tap Continue 
  5. Tap Cancel subcription again 
  6. When you see "Canceled" close Google Play 
  7. Uninstall Family Zone Connect from your Child's devices and your device.
