Devices After Support Ends

The Connect App will continue to run, but will no longer be updated. We will make our best effort to help you with our Connect App when support recently ended for an Operating System. We encourage you to move to a newer device to ensure you have the security of the currently supported Operating Systems.

Updates by Apple and Google

Apple and Google change their software from time to time. Changes to OS can override our monitoring. Please don't hesitate to contact us for assistance and questions about device and operating system compatibility.

We update our apps as Apple and Google change their operating systems. The use of the Family Zone service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind either express or implied.
