Cancel a Subscription in Google Play

Applies to: Premium Members who purchased a subscription through Google Play on a Parent's Android phone or tablet

How to Cancel a Premium Subscription

On the Parent's Android phone or tablet:

  1. Open Google Play
  2. At the top-left, tap the menu icon
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap Family Zone Parental Controls
  5. At the bottom of the screen, tap Cancel subscription
  6. At What's making you cancel?, tap a reason
    Tap Continue
  7. At the Cancel subscription? confirmation, tap Cancel subscription

You are done. You will be able to use the Family Zone Insights monitoring. The Premium device management and content filtering features are available until the last day of this subscription period.
